Ronnie "Ron” Lee McKinney, 69, of Eaton, went to run with the White Buffalo, Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at his home surrounded by his family. He will be dearly missed. A celebration of life was held in October in his honor. Ron was born January 13, 1949 in Ventura, California. He enlisted in the Army at 17 and served honorably for 30 years including 2 tours in Vietnam and 1 tour in Desert Storm. Ron is survived by his wife, Patricia; Children, Tracy Oster, Melinda Jones and Tonya Willis; grandchildren, Christopher, Brittany, Brandon, Christian, Austin and Shelby; great grandchildren, Landon, Nikki, Athalya and Tristian as well as many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and his only son Mason lee McKinney. A special Thanks to Shannon Smith and the amazing people at SunCrest Hospice of Loveland, CO for all their loving care and support.
