Born on November 1, 1942, in the warm embrace of Carolina, Puerto Rico, Rosita brought light and warmth into the world before departing this life on June 26, 2024, in Tampa, Florida. Rosita's life journey was an orchestra of kindness, generosity, and boundless energy. With an infectious laugh that could brighten any room, she embodied joy and left an indelible mark on all who had the honor of knowing her. She was a woman of considerable faith who found solace and purpose in serving her church community with unwavering dedication—whether in the youth ministries or cooking tirelessly in the church kitchen, Rosita was a pillar of strength and devotion. A talented cook, Rosita's culinary skills were legendary, especially her famed beans and hot chocolate, which turned Sunday dinners into beloved family gatherings. Her love for gardening materialized every spring in the form of vibrant hot pink roses that were the pride of her garden and the admiration of neighbors and passersby. Her love extended beyond her household into the lives of countless children with disabilities, with whom she worked diligently and compassionately. Her kindness, loyalty, and energetic spirit propelled her through a life filled with love and laughter. Rosita was more than the sum of her remarkable traits such as kindness, generosity, humor, honesty, ambition, and curiosity. She was a beacon of love and strength for her family, survived by her devoted husband, Adam Mujica Sr., her beloved children Nancy Velez and her husband Eliud Velez Sr., Ivelisse Cleveland and her husband Robert Cleveland, Marilyn Robles and her husband Angel Robles, Alex Mojica and his wife Wanda Mojica, Yadira Taylor, Adam Mujica Jr., and her cherished grandchildren Nareliss Velez, Eliud Velez Jr., Alexis Velez, Isabella Victoria Cleveland, Angelica Marie Robles, Blakely Adam Robles, Alexis Ariel Mojica, Anthony Mojica, Andrew Mojica, and Alyssa Yaliz Taylor. Her memory will live on eternally, resonating in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to experience her boundless love and unwavering devotion. A ceremony to celebrate Rosita's life will be held at Loyless Funeral Homes, 5310 Land O' Lakes Blvd, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639, on July 1, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 8:OO PM EST. Services will be held at 10:AM Tuesday, July 2, 2024 with interment in Florida National Cemetery at 1:00 PM.  All those whose lives were touched by Rosita are invited to honor her memory.
