Rose Coppola

COPPOLA, Rose, 65, of Land O’ Lakes, FL passed away Monday, July 1, 2013. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to FL in 2006. Rose attended Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church with her grandchildren. She was a retired school teacher from Jericho Elementary School in Centereach, NY. During her teaching career, she was loved by students, parents and coworkers. Rose was an amazing Grandma, she loved to cook, quilted blankets and pillows for each of her grandkids and filled every memory with love. She touched all that met her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Josephine Langella. She is survived by her husband, Michael A. Coppola; two sons, Michael Coppola and his wife, Kate and Matthew Coppola and his wife, Ann; daughter, Deanna Salas and her husband, Steve; father, Genario Langella; brother, Anthony Langella; four grandchildren, Lucas and Hailey Salas and Alex and Bella Coppola. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, July 5th at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Clearwater.
