Rose York

Rose L. York of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at the age of 94 years. She was born in Milwaukee, WI the daughter of Louis and Theresa Loncaric. Rose was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Rose will be sadly missed by her step-children, Clarice L. York of Waukesha, Duane (Lois) York of Connecticut and the late Dennis Walsh & family; step-grandson's Ronald York, Howard York and Dennis Pells & family; brother, Al Loncaric of CA; sister, Lorraine Bargenquast of AZ. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Rose was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, George Rosynek and second husband, Orville York; brother, Charles Loncaric and sister, Marianne Skarr. A visitation for Rose will be held on Friday, August 14, 2015, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd. Waukesha, WI 53188. A second visitation will be held Saturday, August 15, 2015, from 10:00 AM until the time of the 11:00 AM funeral service at St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 424 Hyde Park Ave., Waukesha, WI 53188. The burial will be at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Rose's name to St. Mark's EV Lutheran Church (see address above)would be appreciated.
