Roseanna Raye (Smith) Carmickle age 60, was born on December 12, 1963 in Frankfort, Kentucky to the late Harrison Smith and Barbara Sue (Duncan) McMahan and departed this life on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at the Georgetown Community Hospital. Roseanna worked for Ohio Casualty Insurance providing crop insurance. Roseanna is survived by 2 sons: Eric Carmickle (Jessica) of Versailles, Kentucky, Thomas Carmickle (Katie) of Salvisa, Kentucky, 1 sister: Nina Ballard (Rick) of Winchester, Kentucky, 1 brother: Kenworth Smith, 2 granchildren: Adaline & Ellarie Carmickle, 2 nieces: Jessica Hartley, Hope Swatsler (Chad), 2 great nieces: Hartlee & Holland Swatsler. Family will receive friends on Monday, March 11, 2024 from 12-2 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Versailles, Kentucky with a graveside service to immediately follow in the Rose Crest Cemetery in Versailles, Kentucky. Expressions of sympathy can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children. (shrinerschildren.org)
