Ross Alvin Joseph Clark

Ross Alvin Joseph Clark of Fort Mill, South Carolina lost his short battle with pancreatic cancer at his home on April 1, 2023. Ross was born on October 15, 1955 in North Bay, Ontario, Canada to Percy and Audrey Clark (both deceased). Ross is survived by his loving wife, Debbie "Darling " Heilemann of 31 years; his son, Jonathan (Emily) Clark, and grandchildren Kevin and Alana, of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He had eight siblings; Clinton (Barb) Clark; George (Shirley) Clark, deceased; Linda (Denzil, deceased) Stiller; Mary Joy Carrier; Brian (Jackie) Clark; Cindy Dufresne (Mike) Beverly (Eathel) Carmichael; Shirley (Brian) Wishak. He was also a treasured son-in-law and brother-in-law to Debbie's family; Alfred and Joan Heilemann, Murry (Donna) Heilemann, Sandy Greenslade, Kelly Heilemann, Alfred "Bud" Heilemann and Cindy Hanson (deceased). Ross will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He also leaves behind numerous friends that are just like family. Ross started his career in manufacturing as an apprentice, then journeyman machinist, and an engineer, before becoming VP of Sales for Chiron America. He spent his first 15 years in his native Canada before beginning his 32 year career with Chiron America. Ross was well respected, innovative and highly motivated in his field. He travelled the world, met hundreds of people along the way and made lifelong friendships. Ross leaves all of us with his integrity, inner strength, and uncanny ability to be selfless and asking nothing in return. Ross loved to have a good time, loved people, golf, watching sports and traveling. Ross will be honored in a Celebration of Life on April 21, 2023 at Chiron America 10950 Withers Cove Park Drive, Charlotte, NC 28278. Time 10:30am- 1:00pm There will be another celebration in Rimbey, Alberta, Canada at a later date.
