August 3rd, 1940 - November 27th, 2016
EBENAL, Roy J., 76, of Tampa, passed away November 27, 2016. Born in Bismarck, N.D., Roy served his country for over 20 years, before settling in the Tampa Bay area in the 1970’s. He retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant, in charge of recruiting. He did several tours in Vietnam. After his military retirement, Roy was a cabinet maker and owned several small businesses in the Tampa Bay Area. He was a friend to many and will be missed. Roy is survived by his children, Edfrid Ebenal, Philipina Touchton, Jason Ebenal, Roy Ebenal, Jr., Amanda Roberts; two sisters; two brothers; several grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will take place from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Florida Mortuary Funeral & Cremation Services. Military honors will follow immediately at 4:00 P.M.
