Roy Clinton Hoover, Jr., 56, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. Roy was born June 20, 1961 in Lexington, KY to the late Roy Clinton, Sr. and Norma Hoover. Roy was retired from Walmart. Roy is survived by his wife Regina Parrett Hoover; brothers Timothy (Jackie) Hoover of Nicholasville, KY. and Rodney (Heather) Hoover of Harlan, KY. He also leaves behind his beloved fur babies, Chase and Chaz.
