Butts, Ruby Iola, 83, of Largo, died Thursday August 14, 2003 at Sabal Palms Health Care. Born in Newborn, Georgia, she came here in 1963 from Orlando. She was a clerk with the Pinellas County Property Appraiser?s office for 15 years. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, William C.; a daughter, Wanda I. Dow of Dunedin; a son, Leonard C. Butts of Maryville, Tennessee and four grandchildren, Lauren and Courtlin Byrd of Maryville, Tennessee and Culver and Elizabeth Dow of Dunedin. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes & Cremation Tribute Center-Ninth Street Chapel.
