Ruby FitzpatrickRuby Norma Fitzpatrick of Eugene died Sept. 25 of age-related causes. She was 90. A private service is planned in South Dakota.She was born Dec. 24, 1921, in Emery, S.D., to Harm and Gertie Terveen Wheeldryer. She married Walter Kranzler. He died in 1953. She married Francis Fitzpatrick in July 1965.She held a master’s degree in English and art. She worked as an English and art teacher.Survivors include her husband; three sons, Terry Kranzler of Watertown, S.D., Steve Kranzler of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Craig Kranzler of Eugene; a daughter, Greta Hillstrom of Providence Village, Texas; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.Arrangements by Musgrove Family Mortuary in Eugene.
