Ruth E. Hine, 97, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2007 at the Nathan Littauer Hospital in Gloversville. She was born January 22, 1910 in Gloversville the daughter of Henry Hine Sr. and Katherine Navrtil. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, a brother Henry Hine Jr., three sisters Alice Hine, Jessie Jones and Gladys Sweet and two half sisters Mary Garlock and Florence Lindsey. There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be celebrated on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 10 AM from the Walrath & Stewart Funeral Home, 51 Fremont St., Gloversville with the Rev. Thomas Morrette officiating. The family requests Masses in her memory at Sacred Heart Church 189 Kingsboro Avenue, Gloversville, NY 12078.
