Latimer, Ruth S., 79, of St. Petersburg, died Sunday, December 5, 2004 at home under the care of hospice. She came here in 1946 from her native Tallahassee, Florida. She retired after many years of service as a Registered Nurse working in the ICU at Bayfront Hospital. She was an original member of the Vinoy Golf Club and a member of the Sunset Golf Club. She was Lutheran. She is survived by her three sons: Bill, St. Petersburg, FL; Ken, Phoenix, AZ; David, Kernersville, NC; a daughter: Patricia Howard, Louisville, TN; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
