RYAN J. NELSON age 20 of Madison formerly of Jefferson passed away Sunday September 13 in Madison. He was born on September 7, 2000 in Oconomowoc to Jill and Kenneth Nelson. Ryan graduated from Jefferson High School in 2019 and directly out of High School he started his career with the United States Marine Corps. He completed boot camp in September 2019 was given the Award of Ironman, leading his platoon throughout training. Ryan was an avid runner and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, basketball, and hanging out with friends. He had been employed at Phantom Bible Camp as a Life Guard and counselor was looking forward to working with his dad at Cedar Creations. He attended Real Hope Community Church in Lake Mills. Ryan will be deeply missed by his family; parents Ken (Jill) Nelson of Jefferson, maternal grandparents Tom (Jayne) Enslin, of Milwaukee, paternal grandparents Dan (Cindy) Nelson of Fulton, IL and paternal grandmother Claudene Ruvalcaba of Jefferson. Siblings; Brianna (Hunter) Morris of Lenoir City TN, Emilie (Sam) Kutz of Jefferson, Hunter Nelson of Jefferson, Addy Nelson of Jefferson, Brandin Nelson of Jefferson. Many Aunts and Uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by both sets of Great grandparents. Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday September 19, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Real Hope Community Church. in Lake Mills. A fellowship meal and gathering to share memories will follow the service. Please dress casually and weather appropriate as the celebration will be outside.
