none Sally Ann Ranney Sally also known as ”Pretty Girl”, passed away of natural causes on Sunday, March 24th, 2013 in St. Peter Hospital, Olympia, Washington. Sally was born May 25th, 1930 in Craig, Alaska to her parents George and Isabel (Nix) Charles , Sr. She grew up in Alaska and graduated High School. Sally "Pretty Girl" was married to Wallace E. Ranney, Sr. for 54 years before his passing in 2007. She had lived in Lake Stevens, Washington then New Mexico for many years before moving to Centralia to be with her daughter. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, pow wows and frequenting casinos. Sally was a member of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska (Haida Indian), the Sealaska Corp and Shaan Seet, Inc. Surviving are her sons Wallace E. Ranney, Jr. and Gunnar C. Ranney; daughter Kathleen D. MacKinnon; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband Wallace E. Ranney, Sr; Son John and 7 siblings.
