Obituary We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2022 Samantha, "Sam" or "Mantha" Renee Horn-Dominic of Colorado Springs, Colorado died at the age of 34. Sam was born on September 22, 1987 in Chesapeake, Virginia to Albert Richard and Carolyn Ann Andrews. Samantha was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. Everyone who knew her knows that she had a huge heart and could bring light and laughter to everyone she crossed paths with. She was the type person that was available any time of the day or night. If you were hurting, she would be there, for anyone, and make them feel better and have you laughing. Samantha is now united with her grandparents, William Andrews, Ethel Andrews, Charles Smith her aunt Renee Smith. She is survived by her parents, Carolyn Andrews and Albert (Elaine) Andrews; her siblings, Christopher (Angie) Adams of Virginia, Albert (Melissa) Andrews of Arizona and Tabitha Andrews of Colorado Springs; her husband, Kendrick Dominic of Colorado Springs and seven children, son, Tyrek of Colorado Springs, daughter, Ayshia of Colorado Springs, daughter, Tia of Oklahoma, daughter, Amaiyah of Colorado Springs, son, Kendrick, Jr. of Colorado Springs, daughter Tatiana of Colorado Springs and daughter, Imani of Colorado Springs.
