Samantha Jolynn Willis

Samantha Jolynn Willis, of Mokelumne Hill, CA, passed away in Sacramento on August 21, 2014 at the age of 22 years. Samantha was born in Jackson, CA on March 21, 1992, a daughter of Kandy Jo MacDiarmid and David John Michel. Samantha is survived by her children, Christopher, Emily and Aiden Willis; mother Kandice MacDiarmid of Ione; sisters, Krystle Warrilow, Elizabeth MacDiarmid; grandparents, Cherise Woolbert and Kenneth MacDiarmid. Samantha was preceded in death by her father, David John Michel and her husband, Brian Christopher Willis. Samantha was looking forward to the start of her career in nursing, she had just completed her CNA training and had been working at San Andreas Convalescent Hospital. Samantha will be remembered as a beautiful, strong willed and loving mother, wife, daughter, sister and granddaughter. She was very creative and enjoyed writing, sketching, and photography.
