Samuel Warren Levine, 64, of Clearwater, passed away August 15, 2017. Shiva minyan Thursday at 6:30 pm at the home of Dr. Jay Azneer, 3130 Thomas Rd, Clearwater, FL 33716, after which the family will join CBI minyan services. Sam was born in Brooklyn and worked for many years in the jewelry district of New York City. He is survived by his beloved husband, Dr. Jay Azneer; brothers, Alan and Lee; mother-in-law, Dr. Pat Cottrille; sister-in-law, Reva (Leslie) Pearlstein; brother-in-law, Dr. Ira Azneer; nieces, Jody (Yoav) Rappaport and Jessica (Sam) Averbuch; nephews, Daniel and Micah Azneer; great-nephews, Ilan Rappaport and Dustin Averbuch; and great-nieces, Naomi Rappaport & Toby Averbuch. Services will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the David C. Gross Funeral Home, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Largo. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Sam’s memory to Suncoast Hospice or Congregation B’nai Israel. David C.
