Biography Kernersville-Sandi Lee Yarbrough, 68, passed away in her sleep on Thursday November 28, 2013. Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Sandi was a nurses' aide who also assisted with former Kernersville Mayor Roger Swisher's care prior to his death. Survivors include her husband of 39 years Robert Yarbrough of the home; sons Gary and Tommy Yarbrough; and grandchildren Ivy, Madison, Peyton, and Sophie.
