She is survived by her daughter Jennifer (Scott) Blackford, granddaughters Makayla, Naomi, Olivia: mother Betty Kennedy; sister Connie Sieman; brother Kevin Straughn; and life partner Timothy O’Neill. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Captain Jason Dahl Scholarship fund, www.dahlfund.org Out of respect for the family and friends of Sandy, the memorial service will be closed to the media.
