Sandra "Sandy" Ann Skinner
October 12th, 1964 - January 6th, 2013
Sandra Ann Skinner, 48, passed away January 6, 2013. She was born October 12, 1964 in Tachikawa, Japan to Dean and Betty Sue Skinner. Sandy was a beautiful, sweet girl who loved to help family and friends. She loved animals and was a graduate of Satellite High School. She loved working alongside her father after he retired from the Air Force. She worked for Brevard Accounting Group until she left to care for her father and mother. Sandy is preceded in death by her father Dean and her brother Steven Jon Skinner. She is survived by her mother Betty Sue; brother Craig Jay Skinner and special friend Steve Brown. A memorial service is schedule for Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Beach Funeral Home East, 1689 S Patrick Drive, Indian Harbour Beach, FL.
