Starting as an apartment manager, she worked her way up in the real estate field to eventually become vice president of a small California savings and loan bank. After the closing of said bank, Sandi settled into real estate loan underwriting. After her divorce an opportunity arose where she could take a job in Washington state, where her two daughters and granddaughters were living. Upon moving to Washington state she met and married Kenneth Lopez. Post-retirement she poured all her energy into her family especially her granddaughters, whom she was incredibly proud of. Sandi is survived by her husband Ken Lopez, her daughters Ricki Kent and Judy Snyder, and her two granddaughters Kaylee and Cassidy Kent. Sandi was cremated and will have her ashes spread in a private ceremony. Upon Sandis request, there will be no memorial as she was a very private person.
