Sara Smith Silva passed away peacefully in her home with family, at the age of 70. Sara was born in McComb, Mississippi to the late Jesse Milton Smith and Arlene Stueck Smith. She leaves behind her husband and best friend George Wesley Silva; her daughters Jodie Roach Basye (Rick), Kaitlyn Mitchell Underwood (William “Tad”), Rebekka Silva, and Whittney Ebbing (Adam); her grandchildren John Kasey, Madison, Noah, Savanna, Marcus, James, Hannah, Adison, Kellen, and Kaydance; her sisters Terrie Whitson and Jonelle Jernigan (Mavon); and a world of family and friends. The Memorial Service will be celebrated Friday, October 14th, 2022 at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC 29456 Seating: 2:00-2:15 p.m. Memorial: 2:15-2:45 p.m. Visitation: 2:45-4:00 p.m. (Please try to carpool due to parking) Sara’s Wish For all family and friends to get together at our family lake house to celebrate her life with a roast and sharing funny stories.
