Savas Triantafilou

Triantafilou- Savas 77 of St. Pete Beach passed away Thursday, February 16, 2006 at St. Anthony's Hospital, St. Petersburg. Born in Neapolis,Kozani Greece, he came here in 1977 from Willimantic Connecticut. He was the owner and operator of the Pasadena Steak House in South Pasadena. He was a member of St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church. Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Androniki; a son Chris of St. Pete Beach; a daughter Cathie (Chris) Taktikos of St. Pete Beach; three brothers Sarantis of Neapolis Greece, Kostantinos of Chicago and Gregory of Australia and three grandchildren Theodora, Elena and George. David C. Gross Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, Central Avenue Chapel, St. Petersburg is serving the family. Funeral services will be 10:30AM Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Saint Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at David C. Gross Funeral Home, 6366 Central Avenue, St. Petersburg on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 from 6-8PM, with a Trisagion service at 7PM. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, would be greatly appreciated to St. Stefanos Greek Orthodox Church in memory of Savas Triantafilou. Service Information
