Raymond Scott Dyer AKA Earl, age 59 was born Feb. 10, 1965 . He went to join his heavenly Father June7, 2024 surrounded by loved ones after a hard fight with cancer for over a year.
Scott grew up in Eaton, Co. He loved going out to the Dyer Farm helping his Grandpa and Uncle Roy with whatever they needed. It was a very special place for him to go. In his late teens, Scott worked on a ranch in Walden where he enjoyed the cowboy life, working cattle and horses.
Then trucking grabbed him and he drove truck until his illness. He hauled it all, produce, grain, household but his most favorite love was hauling livestock. In his trucking career he got to see all of our country.
Outside of work he loved football, all types of fishing, either deep sea or lake. His favorite place was to go to Flat Iron where he seldom went home without a stringer full of fish. He also loved to dance and loved music. He self taught himself to play the guitar and spent countless hours “Jammin” with his brother- in –law, ED. And just quietly playing when he thought no one else was listening. Scott’s day was the 4th of July, loved big fireworks and food.
