Scott Gardner, 48, died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at Albany Medical Center. He was born in Gloversville on November 9, 1960, the son of the late Richard and Winifred Blow Gardner. Survivors include his three children: Tracey Porter William of Gloversville, Ryan Gardner of Gloversville and Chris Bishop of Mayfield; his companion, Lori Allen and her two children, Amanda and Samantha Fountain all of Gloversville; a brother, Steve Gardner Jackie of Gloversville; six grandchildren: Caleb, Brayden, Kira, Allie, Alana and John and several nieces and nephews. Besides Scott's parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents. There will be a memorial service Friday, December 19 at 1 pm at Walrath and Stewart Funeral Home in Gloversville with the Rev. Dr. R.W. Williams officiating.
