Scott Eugene Rowe
December 14th, 1976 - October 21st, 2007
Scott Eugene Rowe, was born in Olympia to Charles R. Rowe and Gina Brown on December 14, 1976. The loving and raising of Scott was later shared by his step father Noel E. Brown and his step mother Nancy (Rowe) Cowan. Scott passed away on October 21, 2007, due to complications from a life long battle with Cystinosis.Scott is survived by his parents Gina and Noel Brown of Lacey, WA and Nancy and Mike Cowan of St. Louis, MO; brothers, Charles Rowe of Olympia, Aaron and wife Brandy Brown of Shelton, Jeff and wife Elaina Brown of Shelton, Chris and wife Cate Brown of Germany; grandparents, Betty and Bob Carrier of Hoquiam/Hoodsport, WA; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and numerous cousins; and many, many friends. He was adored and loved by all. Scott graduated from North Thurston High School in 1995. He attempted 3 times to get his Associate of Arts Degree, but due to health issues with Cystinosis, was unable to complete his goal. Scott worked 6 years for Safeway and 5 years for the State of Washington, most recently with the Crime Victims Compensation Program. During his free time he had a passion for his computer art, traveling to Vegas, golfing, reading, bowling, baseball and spending time with family and friends. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 27, 2007, at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1601 North Street SE, Olympia, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that Memorial Donations be made to the Kidney Foundation. You may leave online condolences for Scott’s family by clicking on the guestbook link below.
