Sean Michael Myers

Sean Michael Myers, 32 of Land o Lakes, FL passed away on 11/25/20. Sean is survived by his wife, Amanda Markiewicz-Myers; 2 year-old son Oliver Myers; father Jeffrey Myers; and Sean’s half-sisters Tara, Savannah and Selena Carson. Many other loving family members and friends are deeply saddened by his passing. Sean was the kind of person who you wouldn’t forget. He grew up playing outside, fishing and skateboarding and building the memories and friendships that shaped his life. His sense of adventure started young and never left. Sean began to instill that sense in his son Oliver by taking him to parks, on walks, fishing, star gazing and enjoying time together outside. Sean loved nature and was knowledgeable about the outdoors. He could be found fishing, boating, hiking, biking, kayaking and camping with friends and family. He recognized the beauty in nature and enjoyed outside. Sean was a kind, thoughtful, generous, humble and genuinely good-hearted person. He loved his family and would have done anything for them, especially his son. Sean had many friendships that meant the world to him. He was the kind of friend that you had forever, regardless of time or distance. He accepted people where they were, he was part of his friends’ families and he cherished those connections. Sean was fun to be around. He loved music and would beat you to the dance floor every time, just to make you smile. He wanted everyone to have fun and if that meant making you laugh by his dance moves, his well thought-out jokes or his stories then that was what he would do. He had a great smile, one that would melt your heart and a laugh that was like no other. He enjoyed woodworking, building, collecting and teaching himself how to fix or build things. He had multiple degrees, certifications and memberships to higher education clubs among others. Sean was industrious. He had big plans for himself and for his family’s future and was almost finished with his engineering degree program at USF. He had acquired paid internships at several engineering firms where he was learning and growing his skills. He was a very smart, intelligent person. You could tell that just by talking to him. He could write and draw well. Sean was a witty and handsome young man who was also compassionate, a great life partner, friend, son, and loving dad. He was an amazing person, who left this world entirely too soon and he will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in our hearts and minds and through his son Oliver. We pledge to Sean that his legacy will live on. We will work every day to make sure that his goals and dreams for his son are accomplished. The family will provide details about a memorial when available.
