Preceded in death by grandparents, Wes & Nona Arnoldi and Clara & Clarence “Shorty” Buntje; sister’s fiancé, Tyson Berger; mother-in-law, Julie Fahey. Survived by wife of 17 years, Cricket; children, Nicole Tommerdahl (Bennett Whelan), Cassie Tommerdahl, & Grant Buntje; parents, Beverly & Ordell Buntje; siblings, Dana Anderson (Dave), Heather Berger (John Dotty); nieces, nephews & other relatives. Memorial Mass Tuesday (Feb. 7, 2016) 10:00 AM with visitation one hour prior at TRANSFIGURATION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 6133 15th St. N., Oakdale. Memorial Visitation Monday (Feb. 6, 2017) from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Church. Prayer Service to be held Wednesday (Feb. 8, 2017) 10:30 AM at IMMACULATE HEART CATHOLIC CHURCH, 35208 County Rd. 37, Crosslake, MN. Burial following at Pinewood Cemeter, Crosslake, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
