Byron, Georgia – Sharon Mallory-Blaizis, 63, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 19, 11:00AM at Byron City Church. Dr. Michael Harbuck will officiate. Sharon Renee Mallory-Blaizis was born on June 25, 1957 in Panama City, FL to the late Bama Estelle Taylor and Adolph Mallory, Sr. Sharon's many roles throughout her life included wife, homeschool mom to 3 children, librarian, and math teacher. She even designed a switch for NASA's space shuttle, back in the day! Sharon was a devoted follower of her Lord and her surviving family will enjoy the benefits of her wisdom for many years to come. Some knew her as a wise and loving mom, some knew her as faithful friend; all who knew her benefited from her wisdom, humor, and acceptance. She was a member of Byron City Church; in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church. She has joined her husband John Blaizis, in heaven. Left to cherish her memory are her children: Carnegie & Stephen Bersey, Allison Blaizis, and Ethan Blaizis as well as her grandchildren: Malachi, Jackson, Tristan, and Julianna. Please sign the online guest registry at www.heritagemfh.com. Heritage Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
