Sharon Marsh Sharon Marie Marsh 1953 - 2015 Sharon Marie (Lucas) Marsh , born June 29, 1953. A kind lovely woman passed from our lives into her eternal heavenly home on Sunday November 1, 2015. Sharon was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. She is survived by her loving family which includes, Jack her spouse of 18 years, two Sons Steven and Corey Monegan of Marcola OR, her daughter Laura Thompson of Alabama, two step children, Jennifer Wagner and Michael Marsh, twelve grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Sharon was born in Kansas but also lived in several parts of the US and Germany with her parents, three sisters and two brothers. Sharon found a home in Oregon in 1976 where she raised her family. She lived a active life, enjoying a round at the golf course, bowling on a league, playing at the casino's, and loved to relax at the Oregon coast with her spouse Jack. Sharon loved cooking, gardening, playing with her dogs, spending time with family and spoiling all her grandchildren. Sharon's favorite time of year was Christmas. She would begin decorating her home in November. One of her passions was collecting Christmas decorations which now total about 47 boxes. She loved the Christmas season and it brought her great joy to decorate and wrap presents for her family. On most Saturdays in the fall, Sharon could be found watching the Oregon Ducks on the football field, where she was a longtime season ticket holder. Sharon took her youngest son Corey to his first Ducks football game in 1986. Sharon had two great loves in her life, her family and the Ducks. Sharon had a heartwarming laugh and a natural ability for honest conversation and compassionate conversations for those she spoke with. She will be greatly missed and Sharon's family will be having a small private service at home.
