Shelby Quick Stein

Shelby Quick Stein, age 76 of Greensboro, NC passed away at her home Monday May 23, 2016. The family will hold a Memorial Service 11:00 AM Saturday May 28th at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Home Chapel. Shelby was born December 8, 1939 in Ellerbe, NC to the late Simmon Quick and Carrie Russell Quick. She was a hairdresser and also owned two bars, The Cattleman's Club and Forest Oak Lounge. She absolutely loved Christmas lights, loved working in her yard and keeping up her home. Surviving are her husband Jimmy "Sundance" Aldridge of the home, two daughters; Misty Stein of Winterville, NC and Teresa Burkhart and husband Eddie of Huntington, Maryland, one son Keith Stein and wife Elaine of Sophia, NC, one sister Lucille Hammons, Grandchildren Daryl Prime Time Tyson, II, Steven Stein, Melissa Stein, Ashley Keith, Aaron Barham, Maria Kitchen, ten great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and a special sister-in-law Jene King. Preceding her in death along with her parents is her first husband Billy Stein.
