Shelley Ann Beck

Shelley Ann Beck, age 57, of Fultonville, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at Albany Medical Center, Albany. She was born September 16, 1966, in Amsterdam, the daughter of Harry and Virginia (Howe) Gibson. She was employed as an independent contractor by the Schenectady Gazette. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and dog Tanner. She loved going to garage sales, bowling, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren. Shelley is survived by four children, Shannon Broffitt (Stephen), Michael Hume (Stacey), Rachelle Hume (Donald Blood) and Brandon Hume (Jazzmyn); three siblings, Harry Gibson, Winona Hume and Wayne Gibson; 10 grandchildren, Chloe Agerter, Michael Hume, Christian Broffitt, Alana Hume, Heather Esposito, Lyllith Blood, Brandon Hume, Charlotte Blood, Gabriel Hume and Melody Hume; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Beck. The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 to 11 am Friday, March 29th at Betz, Rossi, Bellinger & Stewart Family Funeral Homes, 51 Fremont St, Gloversville. Interment will take place in the spring at Bleecker Cemetery, Bleecker. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Fulton County Regional SPCA, Inc. P.O.
