Leensvaart, Sherman R., passed on 2/4/2013. Survived by sons, Robert S. and Edward S. Sherman graduated from South High and went on to serve in Vietnam as a Marine.. His interests are Missions, Special Education, dog training, racing, and Humor. He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph Leensvaart and survived by his mother, Harriet Leensvaart, siblings Donald, Dale, Sharon, Joyce, and children, Robert S. and Edward S. Lifetime friends, Larry and Kathy Dudley and with special gratitude to Sharnell, Va’Jon and Vanessa Lewis, Gloria Williams, and the Medical Foster Home Team. Services will be held at Mission Under Grace Baptist Church, 1072 Chambers Rd., Aurora, CO 80011. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Elim Christian Schools in Palos Heights, IL. and Greyhound Hall of Fame, Abilene, KS.
