Sheryl Beaver entered eternal life on May 4, 2024 at Suncoast Hospice Palm Harbor at the age of 76. Sheryl was born on August 30, 1947 in Elgin, IL. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Daniel Beaver; daughters Brenda Beaver and Carolyn Gilmore; granddaughters, Amanda and Katelyn Gilmore; brothers Dennis Bone (Pat), Steve Bone (Bonnie), Larry Bone (Myrna) and her sister Dawn Bone. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Irene Bone; and her son in law, Kevin Gilmore. Sheryl was a caring person who chose a career as a nurse and while attending school in the highpoint area back in 1978 was called upon to assist when a tornado struck the nearby elementary school. In her retirement Sheryl enjoyed being a nanny for numerous families. She loved being a grandma spending time crafting, baking and doing puzzles with her family. She also shared her compassion with animals by rescuing and fostering dogs and puppies in need. Sheryl faced many health adversities during her life however her unwavering faith in her Lord kept her positive and strong. Sheryl was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed. A celebration of life service will be held at Calvary Church - Student Ministry Center, 150 S. McMullen Booth Rd., Clearwater, FL on May 25, 2024 at 11am. A private internment will take place at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
