Casey Sheryl "Sherry" Loving Wife, Mother, Daughter Sister & Friend ~ Age 57 of St. Paul (nee Haegele). Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on March 2nd. Sherry was born in St. Paul and grew up in North St. Paul and graduated from North High School in 1976. After high school, sherry went on to share her love for helping others and became a nurse's aide. She worked in the senior care industry for many years thereafter. Sherry married Joseph Casey in 1979 and had two children, Molly & Ben. She enjoyed family vacations camping and renting a cabin each summer in northern Wisconsin, where she spent many hours fishing and relaxing. Sherry had many other passions including: gardening, making jewelry, cooking and playing with her "grand cats" Jack & Emma. She is preceded in death by her father and buddy Jacob "Jake" Haegele. She is survived by her husband Joseph; daughter Molly; son Ben; mother Iva Haegele; brothers Daniel, Joseph & John Haegele; sisters Kathleen (John) Notaro & Jill (Philip) Poeschl and numerous treasured relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed. A huge THANK YOU goes out to the staff at St. John's Hospital ICU for the genuine kindness and compassions they showed to our family. A celebration of Sherry's life will take place Saturday, March 28th from 4-8 PM at K & J Catering, 2483 7th Avenue East, North St. Paul.
