Shirley Harris, born Shirley Ann Jennings, passed away at the age of 87 on June 1, 2012. She was currently residing at Overland Court Senior Living Center in Boise with her husband of 67 years, Edwin E. Harris. Shirley was born on February 10, 1925 in Portland, Oregon. She was a longtime resident of the state of Idaho living in Kuna and Meridian. Shirley leaves behind her husband, Ed, her two children: David and Kathleen; her daughter-in-law, Mei Yu; her granddaughter, Tami Kathleen and great-granddaughter, Alicia Savannah. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 on Thursday, June 7th at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery. "He bids me go with the sound I know, His voice to me is calling."
