A funeral service will be held for Shirley Eleanor Kleiser, 73 of Magalia, on Monday, March 10 at 2 p.m. at Brusie Funeral Home in Chico. She passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2008 in Chico. Shirley was born July 19, 1934 to Carl and Grace Cuozzo in Malden, Mass. In 1951 she married John Kleiser in Malden, Mass. Shirley worked as a nurse for 35 years. She enjoyed singing with the Paradise Community Chorus and the Paradise Choraleers, she also enjoyed oil painting. Her survivors include her husband of 56 years, John Kleiser of Magalia; daughter Sharon Conley of Oroville; son greg Kleiser of Chico and son Guy Kleiser of Woodland; four grandsons, Keith, Brandon, Kevin and Tadd and one great grandson Domanik.
