Shwe Sein Hpoo
September 22nd, 1948 - February 7th, 2021
An outstanding husband, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and faithful friend, his loss will be felt by many. Sein Hpoo was born in Danube, Burma. As a young adult living in Burma, Sein Hpoo met Debbie Ranker, who was in traveling with her parents as a part of her Father's work. Debbie and Sein Hpoo fell in love and were inseparable ever since. This year would have marked their 50th year of marriage. Sein Hpoo was a devoted family man, loved by all. Those he met will never forget the kindness of his voice and his great sense of humor. Sein Hpoo was a believer in Christ and a dedicated member of The Church of the Nazarene for many years. He was a man of integrity. This could be seen in his character, the courage he showed by doing what was right, and his conviction to lead as a man of God. Sein Hpoo cared about people and was first to volunteer to help those in need. He was selfless and acted with humility. He was meek yet had a sense of majestic strength. He had a way of suppressing aggression, conflict, and divisiveness. He truly was an example to follow. Sein Hpoo is survived by his wife, Debbie, his son and daughter-in-law, Sam and Rachel, his sisters, Than Myan Myan, Than Cho Aye, Yee Yee Aye, and Nu Nu Aye, and grandchildren, Joseph, William, Bryan, Ashley and Jeremiah. He is preceded in death by his daughter Suzanne. A celebration of life will take place Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Nazarene in Sutter Creek.
