Sidney M. Roberts, 88, of Largo, passed away January 2, 2013. Sid served in the Navy. He was a graduate of Princeton and NYU Law School, and worked for many years at Allstate Insurance Company. He will be remembered for his love for his family, his happy disposition and equanimity in the face of adversity, and his keen sense of humor. He is survived by his sons, Jim (Linda) and Michael (Marcy) Roberts; daughter, Laurie (Tom) Maiville; and grandchildren, Stefanie, Brian, Josh, Benjy, and David. Burial will take place at Lakeside Memorial Park, Miami. David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Belcher Road Chapel in Clearwater is serving the family. Service Information
