Stanley Neal Freedman
October 8th, 1951 - January 3rd, 2014
Stanley Neal Freedman, 62, a 10 year resident of Henderson NV, passed away Friday, January 3, 2014. Stanley was born October 8, 1951 in Boston MA to the late George and the late Eileen (King) Freedman. As a child, Stanley developed a love for sports and horse racing that was instilled by his father. The majority of Stan's working career involved a wide variety of jobs at Harness Tracks across America, working his way up to Program Director and Assistant Race Secretary at several tracks. He developed the Tip Sheet "Doc's Green Card" and the website AmericasSportsPage.com. Stanley is survived by his siblings Amy Freedman of Edgewater MD and Jack Freedman of Ft. Lauderdale FL; cousins, and his dog, Peanut. A funeral service and burial will be held at 1:30 pm on Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Judean Memorial Gardens, 16225 Batchellors Forest Road, Olney, MD.
