Stella DeVito, 90, of Viera, Florida, passed away on February 27, 2014. She was born in Potaak, Poland. She spent her childhood in Monongah, West Virginia, her married life in Warren, Michigan, and retired to Florida in 2001. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 54 years, Paul DeVito and son, Dr. Paul David DeVito. She is survived by her daughters Deborah DeVito Gwizdala (Don) and Denise DeVito (Howard Ralls); three grandchildren (Leiah, Kortney, and Paul); two great grandchildren (Keygan and Maren); and many nieces and nephews. Stella was a proud ""Rosie the Riveter"" during WWII working in Detroit at Motor Products building airplanes. She was a wonderful homemaker and over the years became known as the neighborhood seamstress. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and bowing. Stella was an avid reader and kept a journal of all the books she read over the years. Friends may call at the Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home (5400 Village Drive, Rockledge, FL) on Sunday, March 2 from 2 pm - 4 pm, with a service at 4:00PM In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. 10 Regina Blvd. Beverly Hills, FL 34465.
