Stephanie Dawn Bell, Age 40, was born on October 22,1977 and passed away on July 19, 2018. She is survived by her husband, James W. Bell; sons, Nicholas Alexander Bell and Alister Jackson Bell; parents, Steven and Patricia A. Wineinger; brother, Steven D. Wineinger II and step sister Heather Hudson. Stephanie was a retired Staff Sargeant from the United States Air Force. She was a loving wife and mother and will be dearly missed. Please join us to celebrate her life on the 1st of August from 12-2 PM in the Main Chapel of Simplicity Lowcountry Funeral Home, with the funeral service to begin at 2 PM.
