Stephanie is survived by her husband, Clay Holstine; children, Leslie Clark, Stephen Clark, Nancy Kolessar; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Nancy Frutchengarten, and Joel Grayson. A memorial service will be held at 12:00p.m., Wednesday December 28, 2011 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Milwaukie. Arrangements by Autumn Funerals, Cremation & Burial, Tigard, Oregon.
