Stephen J. Burger, Jr., 82, of Englewood died Monday, June 24, 2013. Born on July 5, 1930 in Cedarville, N.J. to Stephen and Verna (Bacon) Burger. He had been a resident of Florida for 24 years coming from Glassboro, N.J. Mr. Burger retired from the Owens Illinois Glass Co. with over 50 years of service as a Mechanical Engineer. Stephen was a member of the ELKS and Free Masons. He is pre-deceased by his son Stephen, III. Survivors include his wife of 66 years: Alberta; his daughter: Marjorie (Charles) Glaspey of Elm Springs, AK; his son: Jeffrey Burger of Englewood, a brother: Joseph (Lydia) Burger of N. M.
