Stephen "Steve" Lee

Obituary Stephen " Steve" Lee 61 of Severance, Colorado gained his wings on November 12th 2019 after a long and courageous battle with Bile Duct Cancer at his home surrounded by family. Steve was born in Denver Co February 12th 1958 to Robert and Violet Lee. In 1979 he met the love of his life and best friend Willa and they were married May of 1980 and had one daughter Alishia, they shared a wonderful 40 years together. Family was everything to him and nothing meant more than his granddaughters, Stephanie, Dakota and his great grandson Landree Stephen Lee. Steve was a lover of the outdoors and he especially loved fishing, camping and any night spent by the fire roasting marshmallows and hot-dogs. Steve's true passion was riding his Harley Davidson with friends any chance he got and if he wasn't riding you could find him in his garage "man cave" watching tv and having a beer. Steve felt blessed to have so many wonderful friends and family and he truly loved them all. He will be missed more than words can express. Anyone that knew him knows the World has lost a truly one of a kind man. Steve was proceeded in death by his father Robert E. Lee, mother Violet M. Lee, sister Sharon Baker, his father in law Willie Morgan(IA) Steve is survived by his wife Willa Lee, daughter Alishia (Mark) Zavednak, his two granddaughters Stephanie Lee and Dakota Allred, his great grandson Landree Stephen Lee, his sister Cindy Lahey, his brother Donald Lee, his two mother in laws May Lucas(IA), Jane Morgan(IA) his father in law Dave Lucas(IA) his two brother in laws Glen (Derri) Morgan, Scott (Shawn) Lucas(IA), his two sister in laws Angie (Jay) Kemp(IA), Kim (Steve) Dahnke(IA), and someone he always considered a brother Bruce (Roxy) Shaw and many other Family members and friends they loved him very much. A celebration of Steve's life will take place on November 22nd 2019 at 2pm at Windsong Estate Event Center 2901 Saddler Blvd. Severance, Co 80524 with a Steve style party to follow at Key Largo Lounge in Greeley, Co.
