Obituary Steven Lewis Campbell, 56, of Lexington, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012. He was born on March 31, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio to late Nathaniel Guy and Ruth Campbell Quisenberry. He is survived by his stepdaughter, Leatrice Warren; ex-wife, Lauren Campbell; sister, Helena Russell; special niece, Ruthan Fields; nieces, Kristye and Kristyn Russell; nephew, Steven Russell and step grandchildren, Lauren and Damien Warren. Funeral Information A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Historic Pleasant Green Missionary Baptist Church on 540 West Maxwell Street in Lexington, Kentucky. Rev. T. H. Peoples, Jr. will be officiating.
