Steven J. Gallagher, of Downingtown, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, December 22, 2020. He was 56. Legacy Steven was born in Woodbury, NJ and raised in Clarksboro, NJ. He worked for Amtrak as an Electrical Supervisor for 23 years. A kind man with big heart, Steven was a great guy. He will be sorely missed by many. Family Son of Joan (nee Lochiel) Gallagher and the late Leonard Gallagher, he is the devoted father of Rachelle Walton (Chris) and Steven J. Gallagher; brother of Leonard Gallagher, Sr. and Mark R. Gallagher (Susan); grandfather of Logan, Jack and Madelyn; nephew to Robert Nicholls. Steven is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and friends. Farewell Tribute Funeral Services for Steven will be held privately.
