Steven Wayne Oseas

June 18th, 2021

Steven W. Oseas, age 71 of King City, Oregon passed away June 2021, after suffering a stroke. Born in Park Forest, Illinois to Iris and Norman Oseas, Steve was the middle child of two sisters. He graduated from Rich East Highschool in 1968. Moving west in his early twenties, Steve first settled in Southern California before relocating to Portland, Oregon working in Inventory Management until his retirement in 2013. After Steve’s retirement, he enjoyed traveling with his wife Malka (Molly). His favorite trips were to Israel, Costa Rica, Netherlands and France. British Columbia and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico were visited on many occasions to spend time With newly gained friends. After moving to King City, Oregon, Steve became a friendly face in the community. He enjoyed helping his neighbors and community By serving on many committees and on the board of the Garden Villa townhomes. Steve had a love for all animals and generously donated time and efforts volunteering with various animal groups that help stray, neglected And sick animals both here in the Portland area, as well as in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Steve was a master of puns and had a great sense of humor. He will be remembered for his gentle ways and deep quiet kindness, always willing. to lend a helping hand. Steve is survived by his wife Malka(Molly), sisters Marsha and Lynn, daughter Jill and sons Robert and Daniel. His beloved grandchildren Harold, Charlie and Elsie, and his cat Blue.
