Sue Barbara Gerson
July 19th, 1934 - December 28th, 2016
Sue Barbara Gerson, age 82, a 22 year resident of Las Vegas, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Sue was born July 19, 1934 in Chicago IL to the late Jacob and the late Rachel (Leifer) Gordon. Sue graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Sociology. She worked for the USO in post-war Germany and as a social worker for Los Angeles County. She later worked with her husband, Milton, running G&F Lighting Supply in Los Angeles. Sue is survived by her sons Gary and Erik Gerson; grandchildren Jenny, Stephen, Hannah and Ruth Gerson; and her beloved Roy Feinberg. She is predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Milton Gerson; and siblings Edith and Sidney. A funeral will be held at 10:40 am on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV. .
