Lexington, Kentucky Summer Faith Dunn, 6, died Sunday, March 16, 2014. She was born December 23, 2007 in Lexington, Kentucky to Rhonda Montgomery Dunn and Michael Paul Dunn. She is survived by her sisters, Autumn Rae Ann Montgomery and Spring Hope Dunn; brother, Isaac Douglas Dunn, Cameron Lance Baker; step grandfather, Richard Sloan; maternal grandmother, Kim Sloan; paternal grandparent, Edwin and Cathy Dunn. Funeral Information Visitation will be 10am-12pm, Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at Clays Mill Road Baptist Church, in Lexington with a service to follow at 12pm. Pastor Jeffrey Fugate will be conducting the service. Burial will follow at Lancaster Cemetery.
